Feb. 26 Attention all CSM members! It’s time to party!

Get in Touch with Your Inner Kook at the Annual Members’ Party!

Sunday, February 26, 1-4pm at the California Surf Museum

Come one, come all to CSM’s Annual Members’ Party celebrating 37 fun-filled years on Sunday, February 26 from 1-4pm at the museum. We’re excited to see you at our Members’ Party!

Special guests will be artist/entrepreneur John Lamb, who hand-painted CSM’s colorful “Secret Spot” in 2009, and Bob Penuelas, creator of the goofy, lovable surf character Wilbur Kookmeyer, whose cartoon first appeared in Surfer magazine in 1986.  Click here to read more about Bob in the current issue of Ocean Magazine. These two exceptionally talented individuals will be on hand to chat about their art and respective histories – you’ll want to be here.

And speaking of talent, joining the line-up will be guitarist Dave Sheils and his daughter Kylea, providing their mellow brand of James Taylor-inspired songs. Click here to see more about Dave and his band Never Die Young.
We’ll have a special cake and a unique raffle to help commemorate our comeback. And we want to thank YOU for supporting CSM’s many ground-breaking accomplishments over the years. What’s next?

Free admission to CSM Members. $5 General Admission. The museum will be open to the public during our party.

Please RSVP so we can plan ahead and make sure we have enough cake! (760) 721-6876. Thank you, See you there!
