On some pages you can register information, create an account, and make requests to receive information or services as well as purchase merchandise from the California Surf Museum. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected by these pages and their forms and subsequently stored and recorded by the California Surf Museum are: Your Name, Mailing, Shipping and/or Billing Address, Email Address, Phone number. We also ask that you do not share your password and login credentials with anyone. Your account and information can also be accessed, changed or removed by contacting the California Surf Museum directly via email or by calling 760-721-6876. Credit card information is not retained by the California Surf Museum beyond processing the payment of your order.
